We are working extremely hard with the venue and the council to ensure we provide a Covid safe environment. Your safety is our absolute priority therefore we have the following rules which will apply to all our contractors, staff, artists and guests;
All attendees including contractors, staff and guests must have 1 of the following evidenced upon entry:
a) proof of COVID Vaccination (even if you have had the 1st dose only that is fine)
b) proof of a lateral flow test result from YOUR local testing centre (the result is a valid one if taken within 72 hrs prior the event. Please find the PDF below the list of testing sites available within Luton.
Sanitisation units will be available upon entry and exit and on tables.
Please note if you have been in contact with someone who is COVID +ve OR have any COVID symptoms yourself please do not attend. If in doubt please speak to your GP or NHS 111.
There are many hotels within the are which are very close to transport links. You can book direct with the hotel or use a third part website for lower rates.

GETTING HERE & PARKING:
The venue has its own parking as well as an overflow car park. Event stewards will be on site to guide any guests for the event. Due to the number of guests parking will be on a first come first served basis. We recommend any guests attending to use any public transport.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE SAINSBURY'S CAR PARK AS THERE IS A TIME LIMIT OF 2HRS AND WE WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE SHOULD YOU RECEIVE A PCN. IF IN DOUBT PLEASE CONTACT US OR SPEAK TO THE EVENT STEWARDS ON THE DAY.
BUSES - There are a number of buses that stop outside the venue. Please visit ARRIVA for more details.
TAXI - There are many taxi services in and around Luton to get you to the venue. Alternatively you can use the UBER app to book your taxi to get to the venue.
TRAIN - The nearest train station is Luton Railway Station. Outside the station are taxis and a bus station which you can get to take you to the venue.
PLEASE NOTE PARKING AT THE BACK OF THE VENUE WILL BE RESTRICTED TO PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY. A FEW DISABLED PARKING BAYS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING THIS PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL WITH A COPY OF THE BLUE BADGE HOLDER ATTENDING. ONCE FULL THERE WILL ONLY BE DROP OFF ONLY ACCESS TO THE FRONT OF THE VENUE.
FOOD AND DRINK:
PLEASE NOTE ALL FOOD ON THE PREMISES IS HALAL. VEGETARIAN OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE. IF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER DIETARY REQUIREMENTS PLEASE CONTACT US.
STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL OR OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. FOOD AND DRINK IS PROVIDED BY THE VENUE.
SECURITY WILL BE CHECKING THIS UPON ENTRY AND ANYTHING FOUND WILL BE DISPOSED OF AT THE ENTRANCE POINT BINS BEFORE YOU ENTER.
Security on the day will be tightly controlled and monitored. Security checks will be in progress to ensure the event environment is safe.
NO DRUGS, INJECTIONS, NEEDLES, ALCOHOL, KNIVES etc. will be allowed on site.
Bag checks and pocket checks may be required upon entry. All staff and personnel have the right to complete their jobs without any verbal or physical abuse and offensive language. Anyone doing any of the above actions or having any unauthorised or illegal items will be removed from the venue and handed over to the relevant authorities.
TICKETS & ENTRY:
Please ensure when queuing up you have your tickets printed or ready on your electronic device as well as any results and ID. This will allows us to get you into the venue as quickly as possible.
Bag Searches and pocket checks will be in progress to ensure any unauthorised / illegal items are not brought into the venue.
All ticket holders will get a resent copy of their tickets via email so that it is easy to find.
PLEASE NOTE THE USE OF PYROTECHNICS WILL BE THROUGHOUT THE EVENT. STROBE LIGHTING, LASER LIGHTS AND MANY MORE WILL BE USED THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT.
